Warfdocs for Web Documentation
To use Warfdocs for web, simply fill in the 3 forms:
1. Enter the requested demographic data in Box 1.
2. Enter the baseline INR in Box 2.
3. Enter known INR and warfarin dosing data in Box 3.
Notes:
- The ellipsis button (...) will popup a calendar to help chose dates.
- After entering the initial date and dose in Box 3, pressing "Add 4 days" will add consecutive days from the initial data.
- "Add 4 doses" will add 4 doses that are identical to the initial dose.
