About Warfdocs for Web
Warfdocs for Web predicts a patient's steady state warfarin dose, as well as the effect of modulating doses on the time to steady state. It is based on a Bayesian decision algorithm; the prediction improves as data is entered.
Warfdocs for Web was originally designed as a XML-RPC calculation service. The presentation forms are written as java servlets. While the service can be used with the provided interface, the service could be integrated with a database or EMR.
It was developed by Terence Lin, MD and James Lee, MS.
