About Warfdocs for PalmOS
Warfdocs for PalmOS includes a patient tracking database, a medication interaction database (specific to warfarin interaction), and the prediction tool for predicting steady state dosing and time to steady state.
The program requires PalmOS 3.5 or later as well as Mathlib.prc, a freeware shared PalmOS library that provides a complete set of IEEE-754 double-precision math functions.
The program requires the program file, Mathlib.prc (included), and MedicationDatabase.pdb for proper performance.
To install the program, unzip the WarfdocsPalm2.zip file, and drag the files to your Palm installer.
It was developed by Terence Lin, MD and James Lee, MS.
